How to check din active or not
DIN is a unique director identification allotted by central government of India. Any person want to become a director of a company need din( director identification number). According to Company Act 2013 provision now every year director need to file KYC.
As per Company Act 2013 there are various rule provision. The provisions of Rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, every individual who is allotted DIN as on 31st March of a financial year must submit his KYC on or before 30th September of the immediately next financial year.
