Removal of Director from Company
Removal of director from a company is a normal procedure. According to companies Act 2013 any any director can resign from company directorship with valid reason. Resigning director should sent a resigning letter to respective comapny from where he/she want to resign. If company accept his/her resignation and pass a resolution in company meeeting.
Company should file Form Dir 11 to Registor of company attach the resignation letter with Digital Signature of retring director.
