What is the MGT -7 ?

MGT 7 is an electronic form provided by  the Minster of Corporate affairs to file annual return to every company.

MGT 7 contains following details

Name of  Company

Period

PAN of company

Address of company

Type of company

Details of board meeting held

Date of Annual General Meeting held

MGT-7 need to file every year  within 30 days of annual general meeting held by a company.  Any delay in filing attract penalty .
